Lisa Oman is a trained classical musician and lifelong advocate of music and music education. Lisa’s professional career has focused on the administration and management of nonprofit organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gonzaga University, a professional certificate in Arts Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a professional certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
Lisa brings fifteen years of senior-level experience in financial and administrative leadership. Lisa is particularly enthusiastic about serving as a staunch advocate for the relevance of classical music in our society and as a supporter of the talented performers, composers, and students that are part of the SFCMP community. Lisa is the founder of Composers and Schools in Concert, a nonprofit organization whose aim is to engage high school students in the concepts, techniques and skills underlying contemporary music composition.
