Your SFCMP Account

Your SFCMP Account allows you to manage your subscription or membership, view your orders, manage your tickets or donations, and even watch online events!

If you’re not sure of your account password, enter the email address you use for purchases and click on “I don’t know my password.” Password reset instructions will be emailed to you. Please be sure to check your junk mail if you don’t receive it.

Tickets FAQ

Q: I bought a ticket, but I cannot find it.
All tickets are sent via email with the subject line “order confirmation.” Please check your inbox and also check to be sure your tickets didn’t go into the “junk mail” folder.
At any time, you can sign in to your account to view your tickets using the following three steps: 1) Sign to your account, 2) Click “View my Orders” in the upper right, 3) Find the order you’re looking for and click “View.”

Q: How can I watch the online events?

There are two ways to watch the online events:
Option 1: Open the order confirmation that was emailed to you at the time of purchase. To watch the event online, click the blue Watch” button that is enclosed in the confirmation email.
Option 2: Sign in to your account, click “View my Orders” in the upper right, find the order you’re looking for, click “View,” and then click “Watch Video.”

Q: I am a member; how do I use my two annual member tickets?

To use your member benefits, purchase a ticket and your member benefits (free tickets or discounted tickets) will be applied automatically.
