Your SFCMP Account
Your SFCMP Account allows you to manage your subscription or membership, view your orders, manage your tickets or donations, and even watch online events!
If you’re not sure of your account password, enter the email address you use for purchases and click on “I don’t know my password.” Password reset instructions will be emailed to you. Please be sure to check your junk mail if you don’t receive it.

Tickets FAQ
Q: I bought a ticket, but I cannot find it.
All tickets are sent via email with the subject line “order confirmation.” Please check your inbox and also check to be sure your tickets didn’t go into the “junk mail” folder.
At any time, you can sign in to your account to view your tickets using the following three steps: 1) Sign to your account, 2) Click “View my Orders” in the upper right, 3) Find the order you’re looking for and click “View.”
Q: How can I watch the online events?
Videos are generally uploaded for patron viewing 4-5 days following the event, and may be streamed for a period of 7 days from the day of release. Patrons purchasing a single video ticket will receive a link in via email on the day of release. Be sure to check your “junk folder.”
Q: I am a member; how do I use my two annual member tickets?
Members may simply check in at the box office on the day of the performance. Discounted tickets may also be purchased at the SFCMP box office on the day of the event.
